Fettuccine with Creamy Cheese and Fresh Tarragon

Ingredients

Fettuccine pasta 
Fresh tarragon
1 cup butter 
¾ heavy cream 
Fresh garlic 
Generous amount of Salt 
Pepper 
½ cup grated parmesan 


Preparation

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter into cream over low heat. Add salt, pepper and fresh garlic. Stir in cheese over medium heat until melted; this will thicken the sauce.

  2. Add pasta to the sauce and stir until pasta is fully coated.

  3. To serve, add to large bowl and garnish with fresh tarragon and micro greens.
